Maria Stamolis is a seasoned real estate investment leader based in Dallas, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investment Management at Lincoln Property Company. With more than 30 years of experience, she specializes in building strategic investment platforms across the medical office, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors. She leads capital deployment and portfolio management initiatives with a focus on long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company in 2023, Ms. Stamolis held an executive role at Canyon Partners, where she co-led real estate investments and oversaw a cross-functional team of more than 40 professionals nationwide. Under her leadership, the firm expanded its national footprint across core and opportunistic real estate investments, including student housing and hospitality assets.Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President at R&B Realty Group, directing operational oversight of a $1.5 billion portfolio and executing sophisticated tax-deferred exchanges. She also played a critical role in real estate development while at Karney Management Company, structuring construction and permanent financing solutions for large-scale projects.
Ms. Stamolis contributes to real estate education as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University and serves on the board of the Real Estate Impact Fund. A former board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica, she remains deeply committed to community development and mentorship.
